I settled with Reeder because it had apps for my computer, tablet and phone and kept them all synced. It was dependent on Google Reader, though, and I've been told it will still have functionality after GR bites the dust… I don't adjust to tech change all that well sometimes so it took a few weeks or more to like it but now I really like it. As far as I know, though, it's all Mac/iOS based.
