Use My Stash Year : week 4

This week I've been busy working on assembling all those blocks I cut out for the auction quilts. So no new stash used.

It was going to be great, and also have no new stash in. But I want into JoAnn's to make a return and found some things I couldn't pass up.

And they were all on sale! Too bad sale fabrics don't count less in the stash numbers.

Busted: 0
Purchased: (3.25)
Net YTD: (23.321)

Those are some beautiful blue fabrics and they were on sale so who could resist! Can't wait to see the auction quilt top:0)

Try using the method I do for counting chocolate calories: If no one sees you eat it then it doesn't count.
So, say for example, if no one saw you purchase the fabric then it doesn't count! Obviously, it is a direct result of other fabric breeding in the craft room. Mine are like rabbits...

Really cute fabrics! Looks like a great project in the works. Sometimes you just have to give into those fabric buying urges.

I almost bought those birds for curtains for our laundry room. But I had to put the purchase off because of other stuff I bought.

You are right...sale fabric should never count because it was on sale!

I am just dying to see this auction quilt! You never know, some of us blogger might show up and bid on it!

Not all weeks can be winners. I completely understand looking at those prints. Plus, SALE.

cute little bird fabric, I can see why you couldn't pass them up! I need to start doing some stash busting of my own, some of it though, I can't quite bear to cut into since it was sooo hard to find! I think I need to start calling it a "collection" instead of a "stash" :)
