Ripped in 30 - Day 1

Jillian is trying to kill me.

I finished the first week, and tomorrow I'm going to try Level 2. I'm afraid...

What kind of exercises do you have to do? And how long is each session? I need to lose some weight and 30 days sounds like a good number.

I LOVE that workout. I started it this summer and level 1 totally kicked my butt. Make sure you stretch beforehand; I pulled something in my shoulder doing all those push-ups.

I had already been doing pushups so it didn't hurt so bad for me... I did it 4x this week and am trying to decide if I'll do it today or not. I feel a big difference already though, and I like it!
