Bit the bullet and organized my blogs back into groups, and got their read status up to date, on Bloglovin.
Although that was why I liked Feedly better to begin with, I'm liking the usability of Bloglovin better. Feedly has that graphic, magazine/Pinterest thing going for it, but that seems to make it just too fiddly for use.
One thing I noticed was that if a blog hasn't posted in the past week, there doesn't seem to be a way to link over to their blog, even though it does stay in the reader.
Here's my official link.

I agree, I'm trying both, and I'm not in love with Feedly at all. Bloglovin has more of a similar feel to Google Reader, seemingly...
I had to go reader-shopping this summer when Apple renovated their readers right out of Mountain Lion. I settled with Reeder because it had apps for my computer, tablet and phone and kept them all synced. It was dependent on Google Reader, though, and I've been told it will still have functionality after GR bites the dust… I don't adjust to tech change all that well sometimes so it took a few weeks or more to like it but now I really like it. As far as I know, though, it's all Mac/iOS based. I'm just so sick of "joining" things that the idea of new readers/follows/sites etc is daunting and uncomfortable.
